5 ways to declutter your life
1. Make space in your time
When we are planning our schedule there may many things we would like to do. However, when this happens, our agenda can quickly become packed, and no spaces are left. Therefore, you are invited to mindfully select those things that are top priority. Not all things we would like to do are essential, there is a difference between wanting to do something and needing to do something.
2. Home decluttering
To declutter your home there is a nice game you can play. I call it the minimalist box game.
First, put everything you don't need anymore and all things you haven't been using in the last 30 days in one cardboard box. Moving-out boxes are great for their size, they can hold much stuff.
Then, seal it and keep it aside in a place you don't access often. A garage, a basement, or a hidden spot in your home. Here it will stay for a while. The game is simple, just continue on living. You'll notice that in 99% of the cases you will not touch the box because it contains objects you didn't touch anyway.
You can then decide what to do with those things you haven’t touched for month, for example you can recycle or donate.
3. Brain dump
To declutter your mind involves a more regular practice. One effective strategy is the following. First sit in silence, with your spine straight, for 10 minutes, just focusing on your breath. Then set another timer with 5 minutes on and write in a journal everything that crosses your mind. Here you never stop writing for the entire duration of the journalling. If at some moment you have nothing to write, you can write “bla bla bla” until some other thought to declutter comes up in your mind and you can dump it on paper. This is what I call brain dump, because you place all there is in your mind on something concrete like your diary.
4. Digital cleanse
Our devices like phones and laptops are often filled with files, applications, and notifications that clutter our mind space when we use them. Too much of disorganised information can be very cluttering for our mind. To avoid this, you can set aside 30minutes per week to
Eliminate all files you don’t need anymore.
Delete applications you don’t use anymore.
Organise your home screen. This is the first thing you see when you unlock your phone and laptop. Make sure it gives you a sense of clarity.
Unsubscribe from email newsletters that you don’t read anymore.
A clean and organised digital space gives you clarity and reduces stress every time you use your devices.

5. Detox your body
Elimination is one of the most important processes that your body does. Your liver is the protagonist of this story: always active 24/7, especially at night, to detoxify all substances that may be harmful to you, from food byproducts, additives, and environmental toxins and pollution.
These are some signs the liver uses to communicate with us that he needs support:
anxiety
poor concentration
skin issues
digestive issues
